Spark Plug Wires replace with URO set

Hi,

I replaced my plug wires with a set of URO wires. Car definitely runs a lot smoother when cold and the occasional miss when taking off has disappeared.

Didn't realize how bad the old set was until I took then off...rock hard. I tested them to to compare the resistance to the new ones. I am not sure if this is a valid method but new ones measure 4 K ohms. 4 of the old ones measures 4.3 k ohms, 1 measured 9 k ohms and I still cant get a reading on the last one.

In summary, was a good investment. The set looks quite good quality at face value and fit well. Lets see how they stand up with time.

Without companies taking risks on supporting older cars, there will eventually be no parts. Glad to see people supporting 3rd party aftermarket vendors like URO, and posting their experiences. URO is very responsive on this forum.

Lets not forget the fact that their parts are often half what the other options are. I've recently had some good experiences with URO and will continue to give their stuff a chance when I can - they do seem to stand behind their products and make updates etc.
