Help replacing this brake hose?

I’ve gone through life so far not having done anything more than brake pads, somehow. But lately I’ve noticed calipers sticking and other issues so I feel like it’s just time for a full brake rebuild. I have new - rotors, pads, rebuilt calipers, as brake lines, good brake fluid, parking boots, and more from our host. I’m just about ready to tear into it but I noticed this:

Figure I should tackle this as well. Questions I have if anyone is willing to answer them:

1. Do our hosts sell this? I didn’t see it in the brake hose/line section.
2. Is it recommended to upgrade to some other hose that won’t have this same seep issue or is it a fairly reliable part that just failed due to time?
3. Can I proceed with installing everything else? Rotors, pads, lines, etc? I can wait for this part to come in and install it later, is that an issue?
4. I figure brake fluid will poor out of I disconnect this hose. What’s the trick here? Or do I just drain all the fluid, remove hose, replace all fluid? Remember it’s my first time doing a brake flush as well so I am just trying to be safe.
5. Anything else I need to know??

Thanks to anyone in advance!

Find a Turkey baster thing in the kitchen .
Suck all the fluid out of the reservoir first .
Replace hose , and replenish fluid , then put turkey baster back in kitchen .

You’ll probobly get in trouble for this a couple of days before thanksgiving ....

Brilliant. Something basic I wouldn't have thought to do.

Anything important to note about the hose install? Or just tear it out and shove one in its place?

You might have to heat the hose in to get it pliable enough to slip over the barbs .
Apart from that it’s a simple job .
Do not use hot water to heat , as you would on many other hoses , as it will migrate into your brake system .

Go to the bathroom and look for a hairdryer .
You can use this to gently heat the hose .
You might get in trouble for this tomorrow morning ...
