portable 12V AC - could this be another?

Could this be another option to add 12V powered AC to our cars with non-functioning or deleted AC? I also see this unit available to those in US at amazon.com.
From cost perspective, I think this option seems very competitive.
I found other youtube contents using this to cool RVs.

I don't think this thing fits into smuggler box unless you engineer it but compact enough to fit into our frunk.

Would be great to see if anyone has experience and willing to share how it works.

I've stood in line at HD many times staring at the small window units for a bit over $100, that and a inverter might not work, this Rigid unit is very very interesting. With some simple fab, routing and insulation this could be incredible.
