Floor panel patch Needed

I am looking for a floor panel patch under the pedal for a 1985 911. I do not need the whole panel just a patch. Anyone have one? Does anyone sell that aftermarket?

RD sells the whole cross section, not just the small pedal area. Lots of waste for the money. Probably best to clear the area and just fab a piece.

Several ago when I replaced my floor pan I had trouble finding a pan that included the “forward” section, approximately 8” which includes the part under the pedal cluster (one of the most commonly rusted parts of a 911 pan). Most, including the RD front pan half do not include that pedal cluster section. I even bought one from a well known supplier in California, as the picture on their website showed the front pan to include that pedal cluster area….but when I received it, it did not. Had to send it back. I ended up finding the correct one from Stoddard, the only people at the time who carried them.
For you, only needing that pedal area, yes if you buy the front pan half it will be a lot of waste, however, that pan half isn’t terribly expensive, oddly enough especially compared to many of the other replacement chassis sheet metal being reproduced these days.
Your only other option is to buy the RD PP218A pedal area which includes the entire “hump” which goes over the steering rack, at over $300….a lot of waste there too.
It would be nice if someone produced just that patch panel, to my knowledge nobody is.

Anyone with a bead roller and a few other tools in your area could make one for you. Where do you live? If you can’t find someone and money is an issue I’ll make one for you.
