Blaupunkt Reno - Setting the Clock?

My 87 911 still has it's original Blaupunkt Reno SQR46 stereo in it. Honestly, I checked it once to see if it works and now I just listen to the engine when I drive.

But, I would like to set the clock on it and I can't seem to figure it out. Can someone please enlighten me as to the procedure?

Also, if someone has an original manual available for this radio, I might be interested.

Thanks.

Suggest dropping the guys at Radioman Repar in San Diego a note. I'll bet they know what to do. They just re built my original 83 Blaupunkt Bremen. I had to look all over NA for someone to do this right. It now works great - and I'd recommend them.

Check Blaupunkt's website ---> http://www.blaupunkt.com/us/downloads_1.asp or do a google search, should be easy to find.

Blaupunkt Reno Clock Set Instructions

To Set Minutes:
Press the clock button - the time will appear in the display
Now press the ME button and, at the same time, left seek (<)

To Set Hours:
Press the ME button and, at the same time, right seek (>)

Also note that the radio by default shows the radio frequency and switches to display the time only when the
clock button is pressed... but this can be reversed so that the time is the default display:
Press the clock button
Press and hold the ME button while pressing the Clock button

Kurt:

I recently did a Reno backdate in my '89.....If Woody doesn't want the owner's manual, I sure would!

Reno SQR46 manual

I've got an original Blaupunkt "Operating Instructions: RENO SQR 46" that I do not need.

Just pay the postage and it's yours...first come first serve.

All these years later and this advice saved me! I have a Blaupunkt CR-3001 but instructions worked. Though I still don’t know which is the clock button but it’s always showing anywya.
