One signal light flashing faster than the other
 

What causes that, I can't seem to find a fault other than too fast blinking?

change the light bulb on the fast light side...if not helping check the grounds

OK it must be the ground,

different bulbs on each side? the facct they are working but different rates leads me to that conclusion and you need to check all 4 corners while in there for absolute consistency of wattage

of course it never hurts to also clean all the grounds
