Sealing Floor Dimple/Indent Repair?

What can/should be used to finish sealing a floor dimple repair? I’ve primed and seam sealed (top and bottom) around the “tongue” at the bottom of the dimples that had rust, but I’m not sure what to use to replicate the fat bead over the top of the dimple- like the “Undisturbed” one in below.



I know there’s a sheet metal disk that goes over the “tongue” piece with another layer of seam sealer under it, kind of like the rusty ones I took out, but I haven’t been able to find a moldable seam sealer that would replicate the donut on top and hold the disk down and in place.



I sure thought I’d found something years ago when I took it apart, but if I did I lost the link or reference and haven’t been able to turn up anything in the searches.
