shock valving
I am tracking a 78 911. I have Sander torsion bars, 24 front and 32 rear and am considering new shocks. I have street Bilsteins on it now. When I built this car 4 years ago it was a street rod and I pulled these shocks out of my used shock barrel. I have upgraded the motor, and am getting more comfortable with the car and pushing it harder. I am amazed at how stable she feels considering the used shock situation though coming down Road Atlanta's back straight you notice a bit of a wobble and float. I think some of that is wind induced. I am thinking of going either to the B8 Bilstein or to the RSR set up front and rear. I would like to try something and might find out that I should have stayed with what I had. Would appreciate your input on this subject. Thanks, Bob

the best off the shelf for your use is the MS shocks aka RSR 35-587743 35-587736 These are coilovers w/ uni ball bearings For best results have them revalved w/ a digressive stack that matches your setups weight
