Rebel Racing - any better?
Wrapping up the last of my parts list before the big redo on the front and rear suspension.
Has anyone had positive/negative experience with shipping times / customer service with Rebel Racing recently? My first order was great and my second was no replies/response and ended with me having to cancel the order. Not trying to sling mud, if their customer service is better I'd like to buy some parts, but if it's still hit or miss....life is short and I don't have time for it anymore. TIA.

Ordered a bunch of stuff at different times (spring plates, carrera cooler…) communication outside of automated post purchase emails was non existent but shipping was quick and I had the goods within about a week.

If I had major concerns or questions about parts I would email and leave a message. Clint ALWAYS got back to me ( might take a week if during racing season)
All my orders where set out quickly. |

I ordered some parts from Clint last spring. The parts were in stock and I got them only a few days later. I did not go down the Rebel path originally because of all the PP user feedback I read about. So I ordered my parts from ER, but due to some extremely long material lead times with an unknown ETA, I eventually cancelled that order and purchased through Rebel. I love the bushings and am very happy it all turned out the way it did.

I ordered parts (two separate orders) in August and had zero issues. I called to ask Clint a few questions before ordering and he was happy to help out. My parts arrived very quickly. No complaints here!

I read the previous comments about communication so was nervous but my experience was fantastic. I bought used sets of front control arm and rear spring plate bushings that were missing the races. Clint was super responsive, provided the missing parts and shipped quickly. Answered to follow up questions came fast too. Couldn't be happier with the customer service.

There has been a few issues right before covid. His wife was expecting a child around that time. I will always shop with rebel.

In my experience if Rebel has the parts in stock you get them right away. They make really good stuff. Custom work like spindle modifications tend to take longer and are less predictable. If you're concerned about communication, another option is to order the Rebel parts through one of their vendors like Tarett.
