Fog lights w/ high beam off/on issue
In my car the fog lights should switch off with the high beam and switch back on when it's turned off. It sometimes works this way, but often the fog lights will turn off with the high beam, but wont come back on when the high beam is switched off. When this happens, you have to turn off the fogs and turn them back on to get them working. Otherwise the turn signal switch operates perfectly. What could be the problem? Thanks very much.

Sounds like the relay may not be functioning properly. I would try swapping it with another black relay and see if that fixes the problem.

Swapping relays is a great start and easy to do. Secondarily, check for potential grounding issues specifically with the stalk switch.

Are you sure the high beams turn off when the stalk is pulled? It seems a common wear item is the high beam contacts in the turn stalk. I had an issue where the high beams would stay on or even come on if I hit the turnsignal stalk. There's a set of contact in the turnsignal stalk that needed adjustment.
