Indicator query

Hi, I’ve got a 1976 Targa

The indicators work fine but on the dial both lights are permanently lit and when I use the turn stick the wrong side on the dial flashes although the correct lights flash on the outside.

I hope this make sense.

I posted the below link in another signal indicator thread. If your turn indicators in the tach are not functioning correctly the this link should help you to diagnose the issue. Try swapping the bulb sockets to correct the incorrect turn indicator flashing. The constant illumination of the turn signal indicators can be diagnosed using the attached thread.
