need to find a dismantler. Help!
I need a new exhaust piece for the 930. JW helped me discover mine was bent. I called parts heaven and no luck. Any ideas where I may find this piece? Best if it is in the east but whatever. P/N is 930 111 003 02 . Thanks, this is one of the last things I need.

I'd just get a copy of EXCELLENCE or PANO, start phoning the advertised wrecked-em guys. Problem might be that they'd want to keep it all together if they have the exhaust? That said, the R Gruppe guys seem to think highly of EASY, in Emoryville, CA. I bought a new fresh air blower motor from them and was quite happy with the results.

Landaddy,
Believe it or not, I saw one of those pieces at Hershey for $250. You may want to try LA Porsche http://www.911pcar.com. They were able to help me source a good used fan housing.

Why Not just correct the misalignment yourself? or take it to a tube shop
of Muffler shop? Seems to me this part is completely salavagable. Jorge (Targa Dude) |

This is a very delicate piece as far as bending it goes. Keep in mind that it dictates the angle, height, and for aft palcement of the turbo itself. If this is not correct the mounting of the muffler is all but impossible. I am using a 2 out muffler so the tips must be at the same height ,distance from center and angle to fit the valence correctly. I am not comfortable in "making it work" as I have no way of knowing what the correct height and tilt of the muffler should be. In my opinion it is going to be much easier to buy a proper piece and bolt it up. Sure would suck to go thru all that work then install the motor only to find out that the tips hit the bumper or hang down so as to look stupid. You see what I am saying?

Len, you might try TRE in Southern CA...they had one when I was looking a couple months ago, and were willing to sell it individually.
I bought the last one from PartsHeaven...sorry ![]() Colin

Give Oklahoma Foreign a try. I know that they have a couple of turbos that they are parting out. www.oklahomaforeign.com

There's an all-Porsche dismantler in Rancho Cordova, CA which is near Sacramento. Should be in the phone book.
