can't get the desktop view anymore

Anyone else having trouble with disabling the mobile format on their smartphones? For years the desktop format was fine but recently the default is mobile format and it is pathetic, click on disable mobile format and it reverts to mobile.

had the same issue a while back on my iphone X

There is a setting ( on my iphone) that when it is enabled, will automatically ask for a mobile version if available.
If you disable it, you will be able to switch to desktop mode.

Fwiw, you can use the Tapatalk app- it’s a slightly better viewing experience.

Are you talking forums or the general site/parts catalog.

The latter used to display OK on my iPad but the last few weeks is just a scrambled mess! Unusable. I’m not sure when it started but there was not an iPad software update involved. Forums still display as always.

iPhone- parts catalogue scrambled, absolutely useless. Forums OK.
iPad -catalogue scrambled in portrait orientation, slightly better sideways. Forum OK
Desktop- both OK, but, I dislike/HATE the layout for individual parts descriptions in the catalogue.
To add insult to injury, the buildup for a project list is so slow and arduous-even with ultra high speed Internet. Then, when I moved the project list to checkout, the checkout list came out in a different order with some parts missing and others, previously deleted, included. Checking 46 items not in sequence with the Project list is a laborious exasperating procedure, however necessary in this case. Come on Pelican!!!!
Respectfully,
Johan

P.S. just noticed now that in spite that I have already received my order confirmation for my 46 items, they still appear in my checkout basket and, yes, I guessed it, in a different order. Wow, this is like Wordle!
