Proper pliers for washer tube clamps?
I am in need of a pair of pliers for the tube clamps that go on the windshield washer lines on a 1988 911 (930). Took a trip down to Home Depot, Napa auto parts, and a local smaller hardware store without luck. The closest thing I could find was 1/4" irrigation tube clamp pliers at Home Depot but they were way too large.
Any idea of where I might be able to get the right sided pliers? Here is the clamp part: https://www.pelicanparts.com/cgi-bin/smart/more_info.cgi?pn=999-512-527-00-OEM |

Search Oetiker clamp tool. I doubt you'll find it at Home Depot but maybe some auto parts stores might have it. Abundantly available online.

I needed a tool to crimp the band on my CV Joints. I found this at Lowes that worked perfectly:

I used my sons Oetiker crimp tool yesterday on the fuel return line refresh. He was an Audi tech for 20 years so he has the tool. In the process of doing my engine drop refresh I am also redoing my half shafts and will use it for those clamps for the new boots. The tool is setup to work either straight on or to the side at 90 degrees for getting into tight spots. Given its construction I suspect it was not cheap when he bought it years ago.
