My tire Advan A052 rub has been located

On the heels of this thread:
Tire choices suck. 1985 911. Yokohama Advan A052?

After bushing replacements, alignments, corner balancing, and the works trying to sort these Yokohama Advan A052 tires and the horrible rubbing, I have finally located my tire rub from the left side.

The culprit? This AC line bracket:

Discovered yesterday during the first 911 Autocross since 2011. I noticed this bracket was off at a 45 degree angle. I moved it to where it's seen now, and took a few circles. Sure enough, it was off at 45 degrees again. Tried to bend it in further with a block of wood and a hammer. No go. So I rotated it upwards fully out of the way. Still a slight bit of rub on that hose though.
The bracket was chewing the tread off the edge of the tire!

I'm hoping there's enough slack in the sag there to move the hose up further out of the way, nearer the top hose. I assume it's routed like it's supposed to be, but it seems kinda dumb to have it hang so low like that. Pics of yours?

I do not want to remove the AC.

And for fun, here's my best and wort run of a rainy day.

Maybe remove the lower clamp and zip tie the hoses together.

I just did that a bit ago to pull the hose upwards. Was only able to slide the zip tie behind the oil (?) line. Would have liked to get it behind the other, as well.
What is that smaller line between them, John?

Now I have a desire to clean up in there...

Ride height 25.5" and 25"

Wheels: 6" front, 7" rears. Authentic Fuchs 16"

I'm pretty sure John Walker installed Bilstein shocks back in 2008.

More info in the previous thread.

Current Alignment:
