Lost Factory Alarm Key
Lost the key years ago. Porsche parts department was no help. Any ideas to get the alarm working again. Thanks

Try some locksmiths who have been around for a bit.

Remove the lock and bring it to a locksmith (not the box store one)

You could modify the system to work off of a keyless entry system. Use the keyless entry just to activate or deactivate the factory alarm without adding the door lock actuators if you cannot get a key. See attached thread.
