79 Targa/Cab to Coupe Conversion - RSR Build - La Caprichosa

I have a late start on this thread, so I want to load photos up to the current point and then document the build.

This was my personal car for over 25 years. It lived most of its life as a Cab durring my ownership. I started to prep for a coupe conversion but customers cars came before mine, so it sat. It was an anniversary gift about 28 years ago, but the wife finally agreed that i could sell it.
I am keeping my 68 911L, my 66 912 Sunroof coupe and the 13 window bus.

I rarely take pics and dont do social media, so this is a first for me.

Will you be installing a full cage?

It will be getting a Roll Bar or Roll cage, has not been decided.

Engine has been pulled and delivered to Tiger Motor Sports for a full rebuild/upgrade.

A rebuilt 915 with LSD was acquired from Simo at SV Auto and is ready for install.

Scheel Sport Seats have been sent out for Re-upholstery. They come with Tilt Bases.

An oem Long Hood will be added along with backdate pieces are next.

The car was fully stripped to metal and only has minor body work remaining.
