MFI camshaft help identify

I'm looking at buying a motor thats a bit of a box of chocolates. Meaning its a mystery motor. 2.2T case, 2.2S cylinders and heads,2.2S MFI system with 2.4S pump. So to try to investigate a little further before I buy, i wanted to try to identify the cams, and perhaps the pistons with my borescope. Pulled off the upper valve covers and quickly noticed a much wider lobe profile than the 2.4T MFI cams I had sitting nearby to use for comparison. Also noticed they are centerlube cams. Used the borescope to try to see the part number which was really difficult but here's the numbers I came up with: Right side 901 108 104 .02 Left side 901 106 106 08
I cannot find any information on these numbers. 3 bearing, MFI drive, centerlube. But the motor is not centerlube, it has spray bar cam towers.

The cams appear to be original...meaning they dont appear to have been reground, there is still the same amount of meat on the "heel" of the cam lobes as these stock 2.4T cams i have and other cams Ive seen.

The pistons from what I can tell have basically an S dome and valve pocket shape.

Ultimately the motor will have to come apart since its basically a unknown core, so I can hopefully identify everthing at that point but for now I was just trying to get a better sense of what the thing is. Wish I could see the crank to see if its CW or not but I dont think there's a way to do that. Here's a couple of pictures of the cam numbers. Its hard to see.
Last photo is one of the piston domes.

What other hot cams are out there with center lube, 3 bearing, MFI drive besides S? Well I guess not even the S MFI cams were center lube.
If anyone has some clues i'd sure appreciate it.
