middie with steel wheels pic request.

Finishing up the 74 project. Freshly rebuilt motor and trans. Glass out repaint in original color. The interior is 70% finished.

Just had an odd ball thought about putting some steelies on it rather than Fuchs.

Any pics of a middie with Steelies?

Thanks, factory no sunroof, manual windows, rear vent windows. Freshly rebuilt motor and transmission. Glass out repaint. Sorting just a few electrical gremlins and finishing up the interior.

I was wondering what it would look like with a set of steel wheels.

I just bought a full set of 15x6 matte black aluminum steelies from Group 4 and they’re such lovely wheels- light, velvety black and the look great with fat meaty tires on my white car.

My car was born a 77 but is now a backdate so photos wouldn’t be all that helpful for you. Also, I don’t have any as it’s not quite finished!!

Think they even make them in a 7r fitment - those in the back with 6s up front. Perfect lightweight but the look of Steelies.

Nice looking middie - That color is fantastic.

Ha - There's a thread for that (see page 3):
