Chain tensioner banjo fitting torque spec?
Does anyone know the correct torque specification for the oil feed banjo fitting on the chain tensioner covers? I couldn't find it listed in the Bentley manual.

Getting that thing to NOT leak is a pain in the butt, or it was for me. Buy several of the new aluminum sealing rings, and then get the area surgical clean, and put a drop of oil on both sides of the rings. Keep them free of any dirt or grit, and it is not very much torque. Unless you have a tiny torque wrench, you will never get it in there, and 10 Nm is a small amount. Hose it down with brake clean, dry it off, and go for a drive. Watch both sides for weeks. I really fought the left side leaks.
I went through several of the sealing rings, but they are cheap. I finally had to hold my tongue to the left, and stand on one foot, and sing several bars of the AC/DC song, Thunderstruck to get it to work. OK that part is BS, but it does take "body english" like in bowling to get it just right. Good luck.
