Auto Glass Shop in S. Florida??

Can anyone recommend a good auto glass shop in S. Florida to install a windshield in my ‘84 Carrera? I took the old windshield and new Porsche seal to an auto glass guy in Ft. Lauderdale who came highly recommended and he couldn’t get it in (and ripped the seal and cracked the windshield to boot). Thanks.

I have installed all if my windows a couple times with my wife. It’s simple and only takes a tinge of patience and skill, but two people are needed. Most glass guys seem to struggle and have little training or skill.

One thing to try is a body shop for a recommendation for a glass company. If there is a high end body shop that specializes in old car restorations, or Ferrari and Porsche paint jobs, they likely use "a guy" that comes to their shop for the glass work. Ask for the name and phone number of that guy.
