What's this relay?
 
I'm pretty new to doing anything related to wiring in my 1983 911SC, figured that a headlight relay would be a pretty easy place to start and came across the relay below. I believe it is the headlight washer relay but wanted to be sure. Anyone know?

Yes...the quoted portion is Ms. Thatcher. I am a big fan.

She would likely agree with my words as well (below her quote) as well.
