911SC LED conversion front turn signals/parking lights

So, I ordered a pair of LED's with a built in resistors - half of the LEDs are white lights and half are amber. With no "headlights on" - everything works fine. But, with headlights on, no turn signals in front or back. The turn signal side in front is "bright" but solid. Swap back for 1157 regular bulb and they work fine as should be? Thoughts, suggestions? These are the final two bulbs for the full LED conversion.
