Something I noticed. Rear 5.5 outer 17" was a bit wider than 16". The 16" didn't rub at all but the 17" did slightly. Had to set a bunch of negative camber to fix that. Think the the 17" tire has more to do with the rubbing as opposed to the slightly wider rim.

Hi DSM. Curious question. Are you running the factory 930
Spacers on the car with this setup?

Please note:

Went with different sealant because it was easier to get.

Blue 77 930 is a US Spec (Came with 21mm front & 28mm rear spacers)

The New 17" BBS E50 run the 21mm front & no spacer in rear.

Are you asking what size bolts are used to assemble the wheels? Surprisingly, call BBS and ask for E50 hardware. I just rebuilt mine and I was shockingly surprised how inexpensive it was to buy their hardware.

Yes I was referring to the hardware used to assemble the face to the barrel/lips. I'll have to give the a call. Also are the inserts pressed into the faces or is it just a simple slip fit?

The faces are not pressed in. They simply sit in the barrel. Its not a snug fit but there isnt much wiggle room, so you have to be careful not to scratch the barrels if you have alot of offset! My wheels I had to slide them in a good 4-5" I was worried id get scratch lines but didnt!
