Small Leak at Oil Tank Hose

It looks like I have a small leak at the bottom of the oil tank where the rubber line connects. See pic below. Is there a fix for this short of replacing the whole line? Thanks!

if it is really small clean it once an while ..if it bad you could have it redone by local hydraulic shop.
But!! the problem could be if you would try to disconnect it from the oil thermostat unit the threads on the Aluminium thermo.could get striped.
So,clean it and see how it is..would my advice

It seems very small. Just a little drop of oil, plus bottom part of hose looks saturated with oil. From your response, I’m assuming that the leak is probably at the hose crimp?? I’m going to take your advice, clean it and keep an eye on it. Don’t want to open a can of worms if I don’t need to. Thx.

No immediate need but its going to need replacing sooner or later. I had the same problem with mine it was no big deal for me but expect to cut the nut on the thermostat side. Its better just to cut it off than risk stripping it out.

Leaks do not fix themselves.

Replace it or Re-Hose it for the only real Fix.

I can help with the latter.

I'd Brake Clean between the collar and hose all around and stuff the entire gap with 5 minute gel epoxy. (If it's a small leak now, chances are it will mature if left to do so.) Thing of 5 minute gel epoxy is something like $7. Worth a "test" as I see it.
