MFI Throttle Shaft Bushing source?

Anyone know where I might get some bushings for my '69 911E throttle shafts? There's an old video from Costa Mesa R&D Automotive on kits they used to have, but they seem to be out of business. I've googled and searched the forums but haven't located any sources. Symptoms are backfiring on #4 - which squirting some starter fluid at the outside of the throttle shaft causes it to momentarily run smooth. I'd machine them myself if I had the dimensions, which I could get by taking the throttle bodies apart, but it'd be nice to find some already created...
cheers,
jt
