Another Weber tuning question

Does the collective think that the "butt-dyno" could pervieve the diffenrence between 34 and 36 mm venturis on a set of Webers?

About the car,

3.0
9.3:1
Elgin Mod S cams ...supposed to be the same as GE60 I think
Mild port work on heads but stock valves
SSIs and dual inlet single outlet stock exhaust.

Probably not unless your butt is real sensitive above 6000rpm. The BA book has a chart comparing 32, 34 & 36. There's a formula for computing the proper venturi. For my 2.8 is yields 36mm, so I replaced the 34mm that came with the car.
