Payment Question

Hey All, use to be active selling and buying used parts, haven’t done any trading in awhile. I used PayPal back in the day. What is the present day preferred payment type
Thanks

PayPal still probably king amongst individuals. Venmo is also seeing a lot share (they are owned by PayPal but its quite different UI).
CashApp probably a notable mention.

Beware of PayPal Friend's and Family request. There are many Scammers and Friend's and Family is a favorite as you have no recourse if they don't deliver. It's "seller beware' in 2023.

Never PayPal friends & family unless fully trust the party, use standard method and opt to pay extra fee, at least you’re protected for any loss.
Same applies to Zelle…(I don’t use the others) even the bank recommends use only with “trusted” parties. Money transfer sent into the accounts can disappear in a flash.

When it comes to payments, I’d suggest looking into options that feel secure and convenient for both you and the other party. I’ve found using platforms like PayPal or direct bank transfers to be reliable. They’re pretty straightforward, and you usually get some protection if things go south. If you're dealing with larger amounts, maybe consider a payment service like https://ownersclubfx.com/ , as it helps with currency exchange and can make international transfers easier. It’s always a good idea to double-check the fees and processing times, though. Sometimes, small fees can add up, so it’s best to know what you're working with!
