Can this be removed?
 

Is there a way to remove the bucket behind the headlights? This is on a 81 Euro SC. I have a small dent behind the headlight which is also right behind the oil cooler. I would rather remove the headlight bucket than the oil cooler. I noticed a 13mm bolt on the bottom of the headlight bucket and it looks like the bucket is a separate piece. Any suggestions?

The bucket is welded in, that nut is probably a ground. Rmoving the cooler is your best bet. Have you tried paintless dent removal? These guys can do some wild stuff.

Paintless dent removers is my next move. I removed the oil cooler and the headlight bucket is still in the way. I figured it was welded in. I think the bolt was for the horn.
