88 windshield wiper problem
I have a friend with an 88. The wipers won't turn off without pulling the fuse. Any ideas on where to start?

Is the intermittent know between the speedo and tach turned all the way off? Wipers will still wipe even if the stalk switch is off

I thought if the stalk was off the intermittent was bypassed. I'll ask though.

If the stalk is off, the intermittent knob takes over.
