Fuel line date codes

The code on the fuel line from my 84 Targa appears to be:

81 14052 4 83

Does this mean the line was made in the 4th week of 1983?

The line is in very good shape, but if these are original lines as they appear to be I will certainly replace them as I now have the engine out.

I went with the Mason Engineering lines on my 3.2, they are amazing quality and easy to install.

Definitely a part you want to do while the motor is in your teeth.
