mystery wire need help identifying

I have a new car to me I am trying to piece back together.
1986 911 coupe.
It had a old mobile phone installed and I an trying to remove the wiring that went with it.
Attached please find a photo of a red with a white tracer medium weight wire that belongs in the fuse box somewhere. It was removed and the phone was spliced onto the end of this wire.
I am trying to find out what terminal that wire is supposed to be attached to in the fuse box.
Can anyone help?

Any reason why yours has the red / anti inductive kick snubber diode relays at all locations?

Here is mine. I am not sure it goes to number 10. It does not seem long enough and number 3 also has another wire. ???
