Looking for weldable exhaust flanges.

Hi...making some custom headers to bolt to factory 911/912 exhausts. Anyone know where I can get flanges to weld? The only ones I can find are Vibrant Performance and are $100+. I have to think there are cheaper options out there, no?

I would just measure the bolt pattern and port sizes and make a DXF of the shape you want. Then have a website like Sendcutsend laser cut you a set in whatever material matches your exhaust material.

Yea, that's definitely the move. Just on a bit of a time crunch at the moment. Thanks!

Is it for 911 or 912 flanges? If it's 911 I already gave a similar design done I can just draw you up a DXF real quick with a few dimensions from you.

Walker exhaust has all the flanges you need carried by most auto stores. Check the Walker exhaust repair flanges PDF for the exact part # you need

I actually had that question...are these flanges somewhat universal?

Above looks like a good option. If it's a different flange you are looking for, check Summit Racing. They have lots of stuff.

spdexhaust.com has 911 air cooled flanges in stainless, mild steel, different bore dia. They used to stock both 308 and 321 stainless.

They are super great with custom work! You can ask for a custom thickness. They also have flanges for Carrera/GT3.

I got a bunch of them from M&K many years ago when Ben still ran the company. I bet RarlyL8 can still supply them.
