Small hose on right is drain for AC condenser's plenum. Larger hose I believe is drain for fresh air distributor. The "liquid" on those hoses has the appearance of refrigerant oil. If that is refrigerant oil, and with it being on both those drain hoses, it would suggest a significant leak having occurred in the AC system. The other oil up front is brake fluid. Does not look like brake fluid to me.
If that is AC oil, the AC is not going to be cooling. If that is brake fluid, brakes may be failed or failing. A look around the master cylinder will show if the cylinder is leaking brake oil. Check inside the smuggler's box. If the AC is leaking it's quite obvious.
