Engine Bracket ID - What is this and what does it hold?

I am down to the last bracket in my bag of dissasembly parts and I cant seem to place this one from my pics. It looks like its attached to the front of the 123 intake manifold, thats where I've held it here. Can anyone confirm and which cables/hoses are meant to be held by this bracket? 1985 911 Convertible manual with AC...

Thanks!

it does not belong there..it goes on top of the throttle plate nearest stud to you facing up.
