Hey, if Ivan says it's okay to use the engine, it's okay! (see Proporsche post above) A piece of cardboard between the jack and the engine might help distribute the weight point some.

to lift the front is very easy to(as mentioned by Mike)...use the place in front of the fuel tank .It even work if you have the A/C condenser with the grille..
