Brake Caliper Halves

Hi All -

Recently sent my 1972 911T "M" style brake calipers off to be zinc plated. Now that they're back I'm no longer sure which half goes with which as they weren't returned marked as to which ones they are.

I'm guessing it doesn't really matter which go together as these came from a well known supplier in the Porsche community.

Can anyone out here let me know if there's a trick to finding which half goes to which?

Thanks for the help as always!

One way is to check part supplier info and pics. There are left and right and front and rear for the M types according to supplier info. Part photos shown may or may not be the actual part so one has to be careful referring to posted pics. I'll check multiple supplier photos to be confident one way or another when going this route. With regard to calipers, checking on the alignment of fluid passages and of course bolt holes is necessary.
