To confirm what Thomas has said, here is the link to Porsche Classic directly, who have now started selling H4 LED conversion bulbs. They are just rebranded Philipps Ultinon, not sure if they are the older regular or newer Boost version.

With the official papers from Porsche I can now legally use them on my H4 equipped car, and they only cost €90 for the pair from Amazon, vs. €200 from Porsche. My car is currently off the road so I won't have time to test them for a while, but if Porsche themselves have started selling these, and the have been tested and certified in Germany and Europe, I feel fairly confident that they will be a functional upgrade. |
