930 g50 tranmission help
I appolagise for this wierd question.
But if someone had either a 930 or g50 transmission and wanted to switch to an automatic could they? Is there an automatic that could handle lets say 350hp? I have heard of people switching from a triptronics 964 transmission and going to a g50 tranmission but nothing of the other way around. |

What year is the chassis?
It can be done, just depends on how deep your pockets are. I wouldn’t be worried about that power level. You’d use a 964 tiptronic.

So I dont have deep pockets.
And the chissis year is a 1971 BUS. LOL Kennedy Engineered Products sells adapter plates for a 915, 930 and g50 for my motor. Was just checking if there was an automatic that would fit one of those adapters. ![]() |
