Futura Club Sport Trailer

Like to get thoughts from those who tow regarding the Futura Club Sport single axle trailer.
https://www.futuratrailers.com/product/club-sport-lowering-trailer/

I see major benefits for those with limited garage/ parking and/or limited tow vehicle capacity but have concerns regarding towing stability/ safety given the single axle design:
Pros
Light weight 900 lbs. Easy to move around by hand given light weight & single axle.
Lowering design - no ramps
Fits in standard garage
Designed to park car on un-hitched trailer without need of trailer jacks -store both car and trailer (tongue first) in a single bay

Negatives / concerns:
Single axle - towing stability/ safety. Big concern here as tow vehicle is BMW X3 (fairly short wheelbase 4400 lb max tow rating)
2600 # max load capacity - my lightened SC is around 2350-2400 lbs. Not planning to carry tires / fuel, etc
Tongue weight with short deck, rear engine car and single axle - stable?
Cost- spendy @ $12,500 - limited resale market (Lotus, Miata, Spec Ford, etc)

I'm not crazy about the single axle idea, I've had too many flats.

In general, I do like the kneeling trailers, ramps are a royal PIA.

Thanks Bill - always value your input. Staying away from single axle

I tow a featherlight twin axle behind a dodge dually. If I had a smaller tow vehicle, I'd want a smaller trailer. If I was just towing one of my 914's all the time, I'd absolutely consider a single axle. The light weight and maneuverability would be nice. I'd probably throw a bunch of slime in the tire and carry two spares.

A friend of mine is a Futura dealer here in Houston. PM me and I’ll send you his contact info. He’s a big air-cooled Porsche guy as wel.

I also considered a single axle and decided against it. One serious flat on the interstate and it can go extra 5hit-tay really quick. I looked at enclosed and open. Trailex and Featherlite and ultimately found a 14' open Featherlite. Installed a brake controller in my diesel Cayenne and went for a test drive today with the 3.8 in tow. Tested the brakes in a parking first and hit the highway for a test drive. Seems like it is all good. Off to Virgina next week for a drive with some air-cooled friends.
