For the later Gs it's. 477 857 750 B. Should be the same for your application.

If it's the unique "curved, slightly rounded w/open end" cover in the picture.... good luck, it's available but not separate from the actual belt/recepticle, so big $$$, I've been trying to look for just the cover(s) to no avail. so started looking used...also no luck on finding near new condition ones, I wish someone would 3D print these

Yep, only available separately on the reel side (which is what you asked for in #13, no?). On the buckle side, it looks like the seatbelt webbing was sewn into the bolt-in anchor AFTER the plastic sleeve was slid on. So, the only way to get the plastic sleeve on / off, short of unsewing & resewing the metal anchor, is to destroy the plastic sleeve itself by cutting it open longways, which defeats the purpose of replacement.
The sleeves are shaped differently reel side vs buckle side.

So if anyone ever tries to model this part in 3D, they would have to do it as two shells that clip together with tabs and notches ? Don't know if that's doable with 3D print.

Something like that. The bolt-in anchor piece is wider than the top of the cover (where the cover meets the receptacle).

More than you ever wanted to know about G Body rear seatbelt receptacles
Rear inboard seatbelt cover deconstructed...
Now that I look at it, I'd wager the bolt-in anchor, connected to the inner receptacle via stitched seatbelt webbing is passed through the plastic cover and then the inner metal receptacle structure is riveted on and, finally, the outer plastic receptacle structure and the red release button are snapped on / snapped together. I say this because the top opening (narrow end) of the plastic cover is 33mm wide and the bolt-on anchor is 46mm wide... ![]() ![]()
