Who makes this tail?

Trying to find out who makes/sells this tail and what it's called? Some sort of RSR turbo tail?

Specifically the the way the grill is up level, able to fit a full bay intercooler.

Looks like AIR International's tail with the vents painted black.

I believe it is known as an IROC tail that should help your search for a current maker.

I thought the IROC tail was the version with provision for the early style grill. Not sure what they call this one, but agree AIR sells one like that.
