Source for braided hose

Is there any good sources for the braided hoses for the fuel and vacuum lines?

Try this company belmetric.com,
This company has a large Selection of metric hardware and metric fuel line and vacuum lines
I have ordered some metric nuts and bolts and wiring connectors. Hope this helps, M Fisk

Where are people getting replacement braided hoses?
There are a few sections I might need to replace, but are NLA from our host. (likewise other vendors)
4mm N.020.361.2
12mm N.020.362.1

Is it time to abandon Porsche look and just get generic hose?
What's the cloth braiding for, anyway?

I’ve purchased hose and clamps from Belmetric and I’ve been happy with everything.

Make sure the hose you buy is rated for today's gasohol.

For fuel lines, I prefer to use rubber hoses rather than braided rubber hoses. Cracks or cuts are not visible and completely unexpected failures can occur with all the negative consequences...particular on a high temperature area like the engine compartment of an aircooled 911, especially with CIS and its miles of fuel lines...

Yes, BelMetric looks like a good source. They list the 12mm, but the 4mm and 9mm will have to be 0.5mm either direction.

The lines I have in mind are low pressure with spring clamps (fuel vapor emissions recovery). I suppose picking the smaller side and stretching over the nipple?
