Rear brake hard line install help please

Changing brake lines but line that goes over transmission is a pita to change out!

Read that it was put in before engine went in.

Is it possible for me to just do a minimal engine/tranny lowering just enough to slip the line over? Basically leave things still connected except the shift linkage and loosen the bolts to give like an inch or so to get the line over.

Would really like to do minimal heavy work to get this line in
