911 targa hard top value?
Please allow me to vent here. I have suspected for a long time, that although these 911 Targa factory hard tops have been offered for $1500 to $3000, they didn't have that kind of value. Here is an auction that just ended with no bids for $499.00! I think nobody in the country bidding on it for even $499 in 7 days is pretty good proof I was right!
Thanks, I feel better now, Derek |

Wow, you would have thought that it would have gone for at least $600-800 being a factory hardtop, with the retro-fit that Pelican is selling for 499.00. Kinda wierd, I just got off E-bay and was searching for used oil lines, thermostat and by luck happened to come across a set that had an hour left. I placed the minimum and there were no other bids!!
I've been searching for these the last month and a half. I had a guy tell me he would give me two sets but they needed to be pieced together to make one complete set for 350.00 plus shipping. I just got a nice set with thermostat with two small dings for $50.00, go figure just luck of the draw I guess.

Note that he has a reserve. That could be $1000 or more.
