Torque setting for banjo bolt?

Hey guys,

Can someone please tell me what the proper torque setting should be for the turbo oil feed banjo bolt that screws into the top of the crankcase?

Also, should I be using a copper or alloy washer for best sealing? Or doesn’t it matter?

Referring to bolts #2 and #6 in this diagram:

Thank you, sir! 👍🏼🙏🏼

I vaguely remember seeing a table with various torque specs and I THINK it mentioned 25Nm but can’t be 100% sure 🤔
