Windshield install in Rhode ISland

I am looking for someone to do a windshield install on a 1985 911.
I have done some of these myself and this one is particularly hard. I am giving up looking for some recommendations in Rhode island or close by.

Slightly off topic… where did you get your windshield? Online? Local source? I’m in the market for one but have seen mixed reviews from some sources.

Get the Uro seal and you can install it easily yourself.

Wow I thought you had to use the oem seal only? That is what I was trying to use.

No the OEM seal is worthless . . I tried like you . . way too much effort and never did fit correctly . .the URO is a breeze!

There seems to be several different seals for this car offered by pelican. Is there one that anyone can recommend?

I had my 1985 911 windshield done at Joe’s Auto Glass in Providence-super friendly, knew exactly what they were doing, and finished in under an hour.
