Exhaust bolt on SSI Heat Exchanger?
Anyone know if this will work with my SC on SSI Heat Exchangers?
Current setup is a 2 out from the SSI. https://www.rennline.com/stinger-exhaust-system-sku-ex-ses911/?fbclid=IwY2xjawJtOf9leHRuA2FlbQIxMQABHve7axDij4bc 9LQbGKYY6r7bfdYBxiIMZ77QvR_Gibjaiixp7PUt2I7s-cRG_aem_hWqEv9MATi2X3FGPZnrlHg ![]() |

That begs the question - "why?". What do you hope to accomplish with this?

Is that all you’re going to run, no muffler? That’s going to be one loud 911.
I remember running megaphones on my 911SC, at the track. Very loud. |

Go for it OP

At various times I run my 911SC with cat bypass and Fabspeed muffler bypass which is maybe even shorter than that stinger. It sounds really good above 3k RPMs but at down low the engine sounds more like an old tractor. But at 5k RPM it sounds just incredible and the sound will echo back off of trees and anything you are driving past. It is a bit uncomfortable for daily driving and the longest I have kept it that way was for a couple weeks. Having the sunroof open is OK but with the windows down it will leave your ears ringing. My normal muffler is a Fabspeed super cup and that seems much more reasonable to drive around with. That’s what stays on my car most of the time unless I’m going on a long road trip in which case I swap out for the stock muffler. It does make things a bit odd driving with the stock muffler as the audible cues for shifting just aren’t there the same. |

Not my car but mine sounds pretty much the same as this. I will say that it isn’t great for a long road trip… I took it on a 1,500 mile drive with the super cup and wished I had swapped the stock muffler for it. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=OSEC0fagH1o&pp=ygUXOTExc2Mgc3VwZXJjdXAgZmFic3BlZWQ%3D |
