3D Printable Mid Console
Hey everyone,
I'm working on designing a 3D-printable center console for the Porsche 911 G-Model using Fusion 360. I am thinking of including: Two cup holders A phone holder with wireless charging Enough space for the 915 gear lever and handbrake I'm open to suggestions, so feel free to share any ideas! Does anyone have a 3D interior scan of the 911 G-Model? That would be a huge help! I'll include a photo of my vision below. ![]() Thanks in advance! ![]() Last edited by Anders.; 04-29-2025 at 11:56 PM.. |

You would have to drill 2 small holes to attach the base. It's in two parts.
You can remove the heater red lever plastic handles to make installation easier but I have managed to wiggle it on without removing. |

Get off my lawn!

It will need to have a place for the central locking, and AC controls as well.

For design ideas, you may want to remember this formerly commercially available console:
https://forums.pelicanparts.com/porsche-911-technical-forum/652988-wow-i-love-new-center-console-up-date-993-style.html Something this size & shape would of course have to be printed in sections (unless your printer was quite large) but it the general idea may be worth considering because it looked pretty good IMHO. Here's another thread showing several different views and describing some of the functional details: https://forums.pelicanparts.com/porsche-911-used-parts-sale-wanted/1050656-better-bodies-motorsport-993-style-center-console.html Last edited by dw1; 04-30-2025 at 05:20 PM.. |
