Before I start sending sparks everywhere, help w/ starter wiring

Can someone confirm with me that the red and black starter/battery cables connect to the SAME post on my starter? I am getting really close to firing up my old 3 litre after being without a p-car for about two years. thanks in advance.

2 fat wires go to same large post closest to passenger wheel well. One small wire (spade or eye connector) to small post to right of large post.




Arrow is large terminal
